 Title _Advantages and disadvantages of no-bearing frame structural system and bearing frame structural system.

    The car of no-bearing frame structural system has a field of characteristic Yield Stress (YS), also known as the chassis frame for the large-size beam. The main body is suspended from a frame structure coupled with the series elastic component.Vibration from the regular running of the vehicle body is transmitted along the frame by the series elastic component, but the most common exposure to vibration is attenuated or eliminated.

    The body structure plays a protective role to absorb most of the impact force if accidents caused by poor road quality or hazardous conditions and thence to reduce the deformation of vehicle body, noise inside so as to improve the stability and security while traveling. However, this type of no-bearing frame structural system presents a relatively heavy, large mass and poor stability at high speeds.

    The car of bearing frame structural system does not have a Yield Stress (YS) frame ,which only reinforces the front, the side panels, the rear, the bottom of the car and other units. The body and chassis are composed of the spatial-functional structure of the Yield Stress (YS) frame.

    The car of bearing frame structural system provides a major source of conveyance. In addition, it should assume all the responsibilities for the use of different loads.

    This program is causing a Yield Stress (YS) mixture of greater bending resistance and torsion with the subject of low-mass and low height, a low center of gravity, simple assembly, better stability at high speeds.

    However, the vehicle body has come to bear the weight of the whole device by itself, and noise and vibration resulting from a frame structure are present obviously in driving.
